The influence culture has become increasingly widespread all aspects life attracted attention academics, including Studies scholars. book entitled Understanding Hegemony written by Kasiyarno is a work that explains from perspective Studies. theoretical framework this departs Interdisciplinary approach, namely US (cultural hegemony), history political science (international relations), economics, military, regional (regionalism). emphasizes study how U.S. experience grows develops abroad reaction or community toward policies disseminating its cultural values abroad. Besides, expected enrich studies not only scopes but also direction study.
